Welcome to Corporate Ghouls (the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This website is a creative passion project and technical experiment by Anthony Tackett.

“Corporate Ghouls” is a creative experiment in automated entertainment. The Service uses n8n automation, AI agents, and generative text-to-video models to create and automatically post fun, mockumentary-style videos that explore the capabilities of generative AI. This Service is provided for entertainment and experimental purposes only.

All content, videos, text, graphics, and other materials created by and posted on the Service, including the “Corporate Ghouls” brand, name, and logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of Anthony Tackett.

3. Your License to Use Our Content

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and share content from the Service subject to the following strict restrictions:

• You MAY share the content on social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube) only by using the native “share” functionality provided by those platforms.

• You MAY NOT download, screenshot, copy, rip, or otherwise save the content to your local device.

• You MAY NOT re-upload, re-post, or publish any content from the Service to your own channels, profiles, or any other media, public or private, without our express prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree that you will not:

• Use any content from the Service to create, promote, or distribute hateful, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the underlying AI prompts, automation workflows, or source code used to create the Service.

• Use any automated system, bot, scraper, or spider to access, monitor, copy, or overload the Service.

• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Third-Party Disclaimers

“Corporate Ghouls” is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta (including Facebook and Instagram), or Google (including YouTube). All trademarks for those services are the property of their respective owners.

When you share our content on these platforms, you are responsible for your own actions and must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of those platforms.

6. Disclaimers and No Warranties

The Service is a creative experiment and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be online 24/7, uninterrupted, or error-free.

• AI Content Disclaimer: You acknowledge that the content on this Service is generated by artificial intelligence. This content may be strange, contain “hallucinations” (inaccuracies), be unpredictable, or be unintentionally offensive. We disclaim all liability for the nature of the AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Anthony Tackett or the “Corporate Ghouls” Service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, or for any content viewed on the Service.
